Why we use it

We use this information to answer enquiries, arrange appointments, contact you about a booking or follow-up and protect the website. We do not ask for card or bank details through this website.

Who can access it

Access is restricted according to staff responsibilities. The customer portal shows only information linked to that customer’s account. Service providers involved in hosting or delivering clinic emails may process the information necessary to provide those services.

Cookies and analytics

Essential session cookies support forms and login. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose to allow analytics. You may change this choice using the privacy controls in the website footer. Google review and map links take you to Google’s services, which have their own privacy terms.

Retention and your requests

The clinic determines how long customer and appointment records are needed. Security and activity records are retained according to the clinic’s configured retention period.
