No. Your preferred date and time are a request. The clinic will contact you to confirm availability or suggest another time.

What should I bring to the appointment?

Bring previous veterinary records, vaccination documents, relevant reports and a list of any medicines currently being given. Tell the team when you first noticed the concern.

Can I book without creating an account?

Yes. Use the booking form or contact the clinic. The team can enable a customer account after confirming your identity.

Where can I see my previous bookings?

When customer access is enabled for you, sign in to your own dashboard to see appointments linked to your verified customer record.

What should I do about an urgent concern?

Call the clinic directly. Online bookings and enquiries are not monitored as an emergency response service. Availability must be confirmed before travelling.

Where can I leave a review?

Use the official Google review button when the clinic’s profile is connected. Reviews should describe your genuine experience.
