Keep private information private
Reviews on Google are public. Avoid including phone numbers, addresses, identity documents or information about another person. Contact the clinic privately about details that need a confidential discussion.
Use the official link
The website’s Google review button opens the clinic’s official review link once it is configured. A Google account may be required to submit your feedback.
Honest feedback is welcome
You should not be asked to give a particular star rating in exchange for a benefit. Contact the clinic directly as well when something needs attention; a public review does not replace a booking or support request.
